JCPenney has a great new $10 off a $10 purchase Coupon Code. Make sure to type in the code 4BESTMOM at checkout (I believe this coupon code is good until 5/9). You'll still have to pay shipping which is $5.95. I just scored some cute earrings for only $0.50 - they were on sale for $10.50. With tax and shipping, my total came to $6.84!
